Working out should be a fun and enjoyable experience for everyone.  Each person has a different goal and therefore a different path to achieve that.  Your first session will always start off with a biomechanical analysis and consultation to develop a plan unique and exciting to you.

Depending on your needs, you can meet with our trainer 1-3 times per week at a time that works with your schedule.

Meet the Trainer

Brooke Danielson

Brooke is our perosnal trainer who works with individuals of all levels of fitness.  She believes that working out should be enjoyable and that there is not a "one size fits all program."  With her education in Sports Medicine at BYU and personal training certification through NASM, she has the skills to customize workouts and plans for individuals with meaningful goals. Brooke has competed in fitness competitions and ultra marathons which have given her the experience to help a variety of people achieve different goals.
